House with 3 Olive Trees. Murcia, Spain

This project is located on the outskirts of the city of Murcia, nestled on the slopes of the local mountain, El Relojero. Following an extensive feasibility study conducted in collaboration with our clients, we decided to demolish the existing structure and construct a new, contemporary home.

The plot, typical of many in this area, is positioned between party walls, with a narrow frontage and a long, deep layout. To maximize natural light and ventilation, the new design incorporates a central light well, which acts as a core feature of the house.

The interior spaces have been thoughtfully designed to emphasize simplicity and openness. Key elements, such as the staircase, kitchen, and furniture, follow a minimalist approach, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and creating a modern, uncluttered aesthetic.
