A key strategy of the masterplan was to create a focal point, a green core. From this core, green corridors bridge site boundaries, creating visual and physical connections.

A key strategy of the masterplan was to create a focal point, a green core. From this core, green corridors bridge site boundaries, creating visual and physical connections. The green connector along the north-south axis addresses the southern most corner of the development as a prominent gateway, with high exposure to vehicular flow.
A galleria is formed to provide strong visual links to the green core, and a physical portal through the commercial quarter, to an calm inner plaza. The green connector following the east-west axis provides a gateway for the residential towers to the green core. The residential and retail portals along this western boundary break the protective frontage appropriately and proportionately, providing further visual and physical connections to a quiet inner.
This upcoming masterplan is 3.3 Ha and includes; a 93,000sqm Residential component, a 20,500sqm Commercial Podium, a 32,050sqm Office Tower, and a 48,000sqm Hotel/Serviced Apartment Tower.
