This project involved the complete renovation of a 430-square-meter apartment located in the exclusive residential area of Tentegorra, Cartagena. Surrounded by a large plot filled with lush vegetation, the home is a tranquil retreat that embraces its natural environment.

The design focused on creating fluid, open spaces by integrating the living room, kitchen, and dining areas while maintaining distinct atmospheres within each room. Special attention was given to enhancing the connection between the interior and the terraces, allowing the outdoor greenery to become an extension of the living spaces.
Abundant natural light and cross ventilation were prioritized to create a bright, airy home that feels both welcoming and energy-efficient. Sustainable materials were carefully selected to align with the project’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
The result is a modern and elegant home that harmonizes with its surroundings, offering comfort, style, and a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.
