Located in the vibrant area of Berawa, Bali, Berawa Breeze is a unique residential project that blends traditional elements with contemporary architecture. Designed with a focus on sustainability and local craftsmanship, the development consists of twelve homes inspired by the shophouse typology.
Each house maximizes the use of local materials, natural light, and ventilation, creating a harmonious balance between nature and modern living.
The villas are designed across three distinct levels. A signature feature of Barawa Villas is the perforated façade, which integrates a custom-designed latticework that is both functional and aesthetic. This porous screen allows natural breezes to flow through the homes, while selectively opening to enhance privacy and shade, depending on the interior function.
The architectural design plays with light and shadow throughout the day, offering a living experience that is dynamic and in tune with Bali’s tropical climate. Barawa Breeze is more than a residence—it is a serene escape where modern luxury meets the timeless beauty of Bali.
